
Originally from the Ukraine, Glyeb came to this country when his American stepfather adopted him and moved the family to the United States. Glyeb was able to play football on a scholarship at Oregon State and recently started his own short-term rental management company which enables his clients to earn passive income while they are not using their property. As we published last month, the Bend real estate market is in transition. The steep rise in mortgage rates and continued home price increase has impacted Bend homebuyers to the point where home sales have slowed beyond normal seasonal levels.
