At Bend Premier Real Estate, leadership isn’t a title—it’s a responsibility. Women Who Lead represents a hands-on, experienced leadership team committed to creating clarity, confidence, and momentum for the agents and clients we serve. Our brokerage is guided by women who have built successful real estate careers, navigated changing markets, and understand what it takes to support professionals at every stage. Their role is simple and intentional: remove friction, provide perspective, and lead with integrity so others can do their best work.
Lynnea Miller is the Founder and Owner of Bend Premier Real Estate, bringing more than three decades of leadership, operational expertise, and industry service to the brokerage. Her real estate career began in the mid-1990s working alongside her husband’s construction business, which led to licensure in 2000 and a progression through nearly every role inside a brokerage—marketing director, transaction coordinator, office manager, and ultimately Principal Broker. After helping grow a large Central Oregon franchise operation overseeing multiple offices and dozens of brokers, Lynnea founded Bend Premier Real Estate in 2010 with a clear vision: to build a locally owned, independent brokerage centered on professionalism, integrity, and agent support. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into one of Central Oregon’s most respected brokerages. Lynnea is a graduate of the Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Academy and has served extensively at the state and local levels, including as Chair of the Oregon Real Estate Forms Board of Managers and in multiple leadership roles with Oregon REALTORS® and COAR. Today, Lynnea focuses on ownership, strategic direction, and mentorship—ensuring Bend Premier Real Estate remains a stable, forward-thinking platform for both agents and clients.
