Transaction and Listing Coordination

We believe a broker’s time is best spent working with their clients… not struggling with complicated software programs. At BPRE our Success Team takes care of all the input into our Skyslope cloud-based transaction and listing management system so you don’t have to. But once inputed by our staff, you have access our Skyslope tools and information from anywhere there is an internet connection and a smart device.

Marketing Services

Our Success Team wants to make sure your listings are seen where the buyers are, so we coordinate the entire marketing package for you! From MLS & RMLS, coded Craigslist ads, boosted Facebook ads, yard signage, marketing upkeep and more... we have you covered.

Listing Presentations

We offer customized listing presentations that are specific to the property. Each presentation can be made in print and/or flipbook formats that can easily be viewed in person or virtually!

Custom Flyers

For each listing, our Success Team puts together a custom property flyer with large photos, clear descriptions, and contact details. We have several formats to fit the property needs from single page flyers to four page bi-folds.

Virtual Tours

Another example of how BPRE leads the way was the addition of Matterport 3D Virtual Tours back in 2018. Due to the popularity, and the fact our brokers don't pay anything except the cloud hosting fee, we have since added a second camera and now have two in-house Matterport cameras and two in-house experienced operators.

Open House Marketing

Hosting an open house? Just let our Success Team know and they will market it for you. Open houses get posted in the MLS, on Craigslist, our website, and on our boosted Open House ad on Facebook each week. Our Success Team can also check out open house signage to help drive road traffic as well.

Tech Help

Struggling with Xcel, the printer, converting PDF's, or more? Or do you need help customizing your branded company website? Our Success Team can work through almost any tech issue to keep you going forward on your projects. Don't waste hours trying to convert an Xcel list into labels, just ask us to help!

Social Calendar

Our Success Team works hard to create monthly social events for our brokers and look forward to doing it again post Covid.
