Bend Oregon Real Estate - Q4 2025 Market Trends

Click Here to see the Q4 Market Trends for Bend Real Estate and Redmond Real Estate, as well as the Q4 real estate trends in Sunriver, La Pine, Sisters, Prineville, Madras, Powell Butte, and Black Butte Ranch. In Q4 2025, the Bend Oregon Real Estate market and surrounding communities experienced what happens typically the end of the year with sellers taking their properties off the market for the holidays. With less inventory for competition, those homes still available often had more looks and in some markets, more homes sold in Q4 2025 than did in 2024. Days on market varied per area as did increases or decreases in home sale prices. All areas experienced seller's markets with the exceptions of La Pine, Madras, and Powell Butte which were buyer's markets and Prineville which was balanced. Madras, Sisters and Sunriver did not follow normal market trends for 4th quarter and experienced an increase in new listings during this time rather than a decrease.
