Marketing Your Home in BendThe most important criteria for effective marketing of any product is to be where your prospective buyers are. In real estate, we know from extensive research conducted by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) that buyers are on the internet.

According to the NAR 2020 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, an all-time high of 97 percent of homebuyers searched online for homes, they searched for an average of 8 weeks, and they looked at about 9 homes. Most of these buyers found the home they eventually purchased online, or to a lessor amount the real estate agent they worked with. By contrast, less than 1 percent of homebuyers found the home they purchased through print newspaper, magazines, or home books.

  • Sending out a “New Listing” email blast to over 1500 Realtors® in our local area.

  • Syndicate your home’s property listing with ListHub, which distributes to hundreds of real estate websites.

  • Inclusion of our luxury properties in the leading and most prestigious luxury real estate website in the world and at a visible kiosk at the Redmond Airport.

  • Posting of new listings with paid advertising with exposure to thousands of individuals on Facebook, posting on Craigslist, and posting in our social media groups.

  • Utilizing technology to get broker feedback from showings.
