Our Marketing Plan
How buyers search for homes has changed dramatically in the past decade, as has our marketing efforts to get our listings out in front of those buyers. In a recent study by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 92 percent of home buyers now use the internet in their home search, with over half of those buyers "starting" their home search online. Additionally, over 50 percent of home searches are now done on mobile devices including smartphones and iPads. Having a powerful internet marketing system is significant in today's changing real estate market and the backbone of our marketing efforts to give your property maximum exposure!
Our website has been totally redesigned from the ground up to meet the changing real estate marketplace. It's totally responsive design allows it to be viewed not only from desktop computers, but from mobile devices as well. Plus, it is now very search friendly including large pictures, drop down search menus, easy to find selling and buying guides, and great tools such as a home value estimator and mortgage calculator.
Single Property Websites
We give each of our listings it's own personal property website that is dedicated to the online marketing of your property. Featuring large pictures, property description, location map, community info, and even a neighborhood Walk Score®, these property websites are distributed through our online network of real estate websites including Realtor.com®, Zillow, Trulia, HomeFinder, Homes.com, RealtyTrac, The Real Estate Book, and hundreds more!
Our company recently released our own Real Estate Search APP. Our branded APP uses the latest in GPS/geolocation technology, which means users can find homes for sale around them from wherever they are in Central Oregon right on their mobile device.
As an invited member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, our Premier Collection of Fine Homes listings are also listed in LuxuryRealEstate.com, the #1 website portal for luxury real estate listings in the world with over 300,000 monthly visits. LuxuryRealEstate.com was named "Best on the Web" by Forbes Magazine for 8 consecutive years.
Our company has joined with ListHub, the industry's most extensive online marketing program. Through ListHub, all of our MLS listings get distributed to a network of up to 900 real estate websites and their subsidiaries nationally.
We "Showcase" all of our listings on Realtor.com®. As the NAR official property website, Realtor.com®is one of the most visited real estate search sites on the internet, attracting more than 700 million views from over 30 million unique visitors each month.
Craigslist is still one of the most searched sites for real estate. Professional ads with large pictures are updated weekly and have proven to be a great source of leads for individual properties.
More and more buyers are looking to social media sites to get information on homes for sale in Bend. We leverage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, and Pinterest to make your property more visible and attractive to the modern buyer.
Google AdWords & SEO
Our company understands the importance of being on the first page of Google to attract buyers, and a major part of our marketing plan is on our website search engine optimization (SEO) and spending on AdWords campaigns. You will often find Bend Premier Real Estate in the top spot for such popular searches as "Bend Oregon Real Estate" and "Homes for sale in Bend".
To maximize exposure, many of our agents hold houses open on a regular basis. These open houses are advertised on the MLS, Realtor.com, Craigslist, and in the Open House section of our website. To create additional interest in the real estate community, most of our listings are put on the multi-home broker tour where it is toured along with other new listings in the area by real estate agents from numerous brokerages.
Traditional Marketing Methods
Although many traditional marketing methods have little impact in selling homes in today's high tech world, our agents still use some of these methods in marketing your home. Thanks to our busy downtown location, we produce professional flyers for all our listings that can be found in our flyer rack and window displays that are visible to buyers 24/7. And, of course, when a Bend Premier Real Estate "for sale" sign goes up in the yard, it not only lets the public know your property is for sale, but that it is being listed by an extraordinary agent.
Location, Location, Location
It was the New York Times in 1956 that stated "The three most important things about real estate were location, location, location" and we couldn't agree more. We cannot think of a better location in Bend for a real estate office than the busy corner of Franklin & Bond. Thanks to our location in the corner office of the beautiful 5-story brick Franklin Crossing building, our offices get a lot of attention and "walk-in traffic". We simply love our location and the exposure!
