Although not as volatile as the lower end, Bend home sales over $500,000 have been solid. According to TrendVision, July 2015 sales in Bend homes over $500,000 are up 346% over July 2012 and 63% over July 2014. The average price of these higher end homes is also up considerably over the same time period – up 29% per sq foot in 3 years and up 7% over 1 year.
