When it came time for me to move they actually helped me load up my truck and sent me on my way. Talk about full service! They are extremely knowledgeable about the Bend area and had incredible insight as to what I was looking for in a home. Tara and Kyle were extraordinary as we moved from LA to Bend. They are incredibly thorough, taking time to educate us about Bend, show us neighborhoods and homes both virtually and in person as well as responsive and available for phone conversations. The team is detail oriented and service minded. They went above and beyond acquainting us with Bend, finding us a home that was a perfect match, negotiating a contract, following up on work the home needed and even helping receive our personal deliveries before we moved up. After losing out on several homes with a different realtor and agency, a friend recommended Tara and Kyle to us and what a world of difference! As long-time Bend residents, they are truly knowledgeable of the area, market and how best to navigate the process of purchasing a home. They were so kind and showed us so many homes and really got a feel for our style. When we finally found the home we wanted they walked us through each step- from inspectors to warranties to even stopping by our closing just to congratulate us. With the Bend and surrounding area so hot right now, you can throw a rock and hit a realtor. If you want a team that actually KNOWS the ins and outs of the selling/ buying process and isn't fresh out of the gate, they are ones to call. Only wish is that we had called them to begin with!
