I was born and raised in Ukraine; I lived in an abandoned Soviet Union village until my American stepfather adopted me and took us to the land of opportunity, the United States of America. We had no money and started from scratch. My Father worked hard to give my mom the life we deserved. I took advantage and realized the potential I have here in America, opportunities you do not see in many countries. I eventually got a Full Ride to Oregon State University to play Football, which enabled me to graduate from college debt free. Opportunities are all around us, we just need to see them. I also just started my own short-term rental management company.

I see Real Estate as the same opportunity, great investments that can change lives and create generational wealth. My goal is to educate and guide people who want to change their lives and take advantage of the great opportunities this amazing country has to offer.

The company I own is an STR Management Company, HoneyPine Property Management LLC. I onboard investors or homeowners into the vacation rental world to make passive income while they are away from their homes for long periods of time or permanently.
