We recently used Francie as our agent to purchase a home in Bend. Francie was amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We purchased our Bend home, while living in Texas. Francie was critical in helping us find the perfect home even though we were not in the area to see our potential homes. She worked with us to identify our priorities and locate the neighborhoods that best fit our needs. Once we narrowed down what we were looking for, she diligently kept us updated on potential listings that met our criteria, often alerting us to homes that hadn’t even hit the market yet. She was easy to communicate with and consistently responsive to all our needs. When we found potential houses, she immediately arranged video tours often occurring the same day. She would even send us videos of the surrounding neighborhood since we weren’t able to see them ourselves. Once we located the home we wanted, Francie was hugely helpful in navigating the housing market that existed at the time, where almost every listing had multiple above asking offers within days of going on market. Francie was instrumental in us finding and securing our new home in Bend. She even went above and beyond after closing. On several occasions before we were able to get to Bend from Texas, she went to the house to check on things for us. Francie exceeded our expectations at every stage of the process and is everything you could want in an agent. We will certainly use her again for future purchases or sales. I cannot recommend her enough!!
