Prior to being introduced to Diane, our home in Odin Falls Ranch sat on the Market for 2 1/2 years, with 3 different Realtors. We had 1 offer with a contingency that took us of the market all summer, at the recommendation of our then realtor (Diane would not have allowed that) and the sale fell through. Diane is very methodical and told us what to do to make our home more show ready as well as her suggested cosmetic changes to the home. We did so and it sold a month later. Diane even negotiated a lease back with the out of state buyer. Since we have come to know and trust Diane she has helped us find a lot to build our new home, when the lot wasn’t even listed. She is a “pit-bull” on details and is so good, she can be annoying. Thank goodness for that! We have recommended her to our friends and neighbors, one of whom didn’t get an offer in one year, listed with Diane and it Sold and Closed in less than 4 months, in the dead of winter. My wife and I would not think of using or referring anyone else. Simply put, Diane gets the job done in a courteous, professional manner and you even have fun doing it! We are settled in! Chaka & I love the daily morning hikes along the canal & through the common areas. The HOA now allows dogs off leash as long as they are in control. We walk twice a day here and I take him to the dog park every day. We spend more time outside than ever. I’m not going to get the electric fence right away. With my daughter’s wedding coming up in June and a large IRS bill I just paid, I will have plenty of immediate expenses.I hired the moving co., the guys you recommended when I called you in a panic. They did a great job helping me move! They were perfect gentlemen & we did two moves (1 & 1/2 truckloads with U-Haul’s largest truck). They set up my beds, installed the appliances & lifted all the heavy furniture which took the pressure off my back. I love this house and the area and am appreciating it more each day. My neighbors are very friendly. I now know the whole history of this house. One invited me to dinner and another baked fresh, hot cookies one night. You really did a great job for me and I sing your praises to anyone that asks. You are very professional, thoughtful and caring person.
