Dan Cardot has been involved with real estate renovation and development since 1996. He has been involved in projects in San Diego, CA, Maui, HI, and Scottsdale, AZ as well as Central Oregon for the past eight years. From the years of 1988 to 2002, Dan owned construction companies which specialized in high end home and hotel, stone and tile renovations.

He has built two of his own homes, doing a majority of the work himself. He has also done numerous remodels, and thus understands all aspects of a residence, from foundation to finish. Dan has over 35 years in construction experience and has purchased and renovated pre-foreclosure, short sale and bank owned property.

He has developed subdivisions and created hobby farms in both La Pine and Terrebonne and has participated in the preliminary development of a 5,000 Ac. destination resort.

Dan has extensive experience in working with 1031 exchange clients and in the commercial real estate sales market. And now is sharing his knowledge with his newly formed team!
His commercial work includes selling a new build, mini-strip on Greenwood Ave in Bend. He has also worked in the leasing and sales of a 7 unit, 10,000 sq. ft. sub-contractor facility in Redmond, Oregon.
Now, Dan has recruited 2 other highly trained individuals to join his team to assist in sales, marketing and commercial leases & purchases and the ranch and farm markets of Central Oregon and Eastern Oregon! Leah Ross, a broker at Bend Premier has been on the ground - connecting people with sales and marketing to our vast network of referrals and community vendors. Brian Davis, a referral specialist is creating lifelines of communication of ranch properties throughout Oregon- so as a hard working team of three, there will be resources and expertise available like no other!

Dan has a good working relationship with many of the long term investors in Central Oregon.

He also has frequent interaction with prominent real estate attorneys, having worked through complex lease negotiations.

He has worked closely with the Bend City Council in relation to the issues surrounding affordable housing, as well as the homeless in Central Oregon. Dan enjoys the challenges of complex issues and working to bring people together to provide a positive outcome for all parties involved.

Due to Dan's extensive knowledge in the construction and renovation process; He has not only represented the buyer in a large nursing home to apartment conversion, but was also the project manager for over three years.

On the personal side, Dan has been the past President of the FrontLine Foundation, assisting Central Oregon Christian non-profits and serves on several non-profit and community association boards. He especially enjoys working with youth and mission related groups. His teammates share the same beliefs as himself and really enjoy serving others and giving more in value than receiving in compensation.

In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, hiking, mountain biking and participating in sports activities with his wife, Anne and their three children.
